Pre-Construction

With any project, it's hard to think of a more important step than the planning phases. It's during this crucial period that a project starts to take form, where the budget is solidified and you can start to see your vision unfolding in front of you.

For projects of all sizes, having a clear sense of where things are headed is vital to a project's success. After you've selected Kingsmere Construction Ltd., we will begin pre-construction plans. We will help you to determine your budget, vision and general scope of your renovations. Depending on your project, we will engage architects and engineers to begin the design process. If these services are not needed, then our design team will start to build your design concept board. This one of the most exciting parts of a building project since you'll start seeing your ideas come to life.

Construction

As your general contractor, we will be working with trusted subcontractors and we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. Kingsmere project team will schedule your property to begin actual construction. From the beginning through Completion, we will have weekly project management meetings and are available for any questions as they arise.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
